Terms of service
GENERAL
- Please keep in mind that besides taking commissions i'm also a student, commission me only if you are a patient person; commissions may take up to a few months to get done. APPROXIMATE WAITING TIME IS FROM 3 - 6 MONTHS- I DON'T DO REFUNDS- Do not spam me messages about reminders or questions when i'll start ur commission, when i'll start i'll let you know.- i’ll keep you up on track with your commission. i'll send you updates about sketch, lineart and colouring. you can ask me for more wips- I work with clear, visual reference images only.- You may reupload your commission to any site as long as the proper credits are given.- Please credit me with my Instagram username: @kynoph0bia- I don't need to credit you as a owner of character when posting my artwork- If you require a specific deadline, it must be discussed before payment and may incur a surcharge (depending on deadline, additional fee may be higher or lower)
Changes to the commission
- You can change characters you want me to draw for as long as i don’t start drawing your commission.- If i start the commission please do not change the design of your character. I can change the design on art a little bit but big changes may not be accepted and corrected.- You may request up to 3 revisions during each phase of your commission. Any additional changes beyond this, that are not my fault, will cost 1$ per change.- After accepting colors in your commission, I WONT do any additional changes to your commission.
Payment
- I don’t accept anything besides real money as payment unless stated otherwise.- I take full payment via paypal or bank transfer before I start the work. You have to send me the money before i will start your commission or your order is cancelled- If for any reason (discussed with client before taking commission) i would accept payment after sketch (full payment after sketch) i am willing to wait for payment up to couple days or your commission is canceled and i have rights to use the sketch for different purposes (i'll erase any features or characteristics of your character)
